1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all locations across India. International shipping is available for select countries. For international orders, please contact us at support@kidoys.com for a shipping quote.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within the following timeframes:

  • Standard Orders: 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays)
  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Saturday/Sunday are processed on Monday
  • Holiday Orders: May take 1-2 additional days during holidays
  • Prepayment Orders: Only processed after payment confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

3. Shipping Methods and Timeframes

We offer multiple shipping options:

Standard Shipping

3-5 business days | Pan India

Express Shipping

1-2 business days | Metro cities

Same-Day Delivery

Available in select metro areas | Additional charges apply

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Delivery location (city/state)
  • Order weight and dimensions
  • Shipping method selected
  • Carrier rates and current surcharges

Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹500 (Standard Shipping to metro cities). Conditions apply.

5. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate, including:

  • Complete address with house/flat number
  • Landmark or building name
  • Valid phone number (for delivery contact)
  • City and postal code
  • State and country

Incomplete or incorrect addresses may result in delivery delays. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect address information.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking link via email
  • Track your order status on the carrier's website
  • Receive SMS updates from the courier (if opt-in)
  • Estimated delivery date provided in tracking details

7. Delivery Confirmation

Upon delivery:

  • Delivery personnel will attempt contact using provided phone number
  • Signature or OTP verification may be required
  • Inspect package for any visible damage before accepting
  • Report any damage immediately to the delivery person
  • Request delivery receipt/proof of delivery

8. Shipping Delays

Shipping delays may occur due to:

  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances
  • Carrier strikes or labor issues
  • High order volume during peak seasons
  • Address verification issues
  • Customs clearance (international orders)

We will keep you updated on any delays. Estimated delivery dates are approximate and not guaranteed.

9. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost:

  • Contact us immediately with photos and tracking information
  • File a claim with the courier within 48 hours
  • We will assist in the claim process
  • Replacement or refund will be processed once claim is resolved

10. Undelivered Orders

If the courier is unable to deliver:

  • The package will be returned to our facility
  • We will contact you to arrange redelivery or refund
  • Return shipping charges may apply (if address was incorrect)
  • Package will be held for 30 days before processing refund

11. Signature Requirement

High-value orders may require signature on delivery. This is for security and insurance purposes. If you're unavailable, arrange an alternative delivery date or authorize someone to sign on your behalf.

12. Bulk and Corporate Orders

For bulk orders (10+ items), special shipping arrangements may be available. Please contact us at support@kidoys.com for a custom quote and delivery schedule.
