Refund and Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

At Kidoys, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer returns and refunds under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
  • Products must be in original, unused condition
  • All original packaging and accessories must be included
  • Product must not show signs of wear or damage from misuse
  • All documentation and tags must be intact

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personalized or customized products
  • Items that have been used or damaged
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Items purchased on sale or clearance
  • Digital products or downloadable content

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support at support@kidoys.com with your order number
  2. Provide photos and description of the issue (if applicable)
  3. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Ship the item back to us in original condition
  5. We will inspect the item upon receipt

4. Shipping Costs

For Defective or Wrong Items: We will provide a prepaid return label, and return shipping is free.

For Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will inspect the item within 2-3 business days
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Razorpay refunds typically appear within 5-7 business days
  • Cash on Delivery returns will be processed via bank transfer within 7-10 days

Note: Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Contact us immediately with photos and video showing the defect
  • We will arrange replacement or full refund at no cost
  • Return shipping will be covered by us
  • Expedited replacement shipping is available

7. Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item:

  • Contact customer support immediately with photos
  • We will send the correct item right away
  • We will cover return shipping costs
  • Full refund available if you prefer not to wait for replacement

8. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same product:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Original item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Return shipping for exchanges is covered by us
  • If the new item costs more, you will pay the difference
  • If the new item costs less, we will refund the difference

9. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be offered for items with minor wear or damage from normal use, depending on the severity of the condition.
